Workshop by the International Chefs Association on Competition Dishes

As part of its preparations for the upcoming competition, the International Chefs Association held a specialized workshop for participating members to train them on the dishes they will present during the event.

The workshop took place at Amman Paradise Hotel, under the supervision of the hotel’s General Manager, Dr. Tariq Ammar, alongside the hotel’s team of chefs, who prepared and demonstrated the dishes that will be part of the competition. The workshop was greatly supported by one of the competition's sponsors, Al-Muttehideen (Unipro), which provided the necessary cooking equipment to ensure the training’s success.

The workshop was attended by all competition participants, who benefited from practical guidance and innovative techniques demonstrated during the session. The event also featured the presence of the association's management, which commended the efforts of the team and the sponsors for their valuable contributions in elevating the participants' skills and ensuring their full readiness for the competition.
